For Children who have difficulty with organization and who might have characteristics from the autistic spectrum disorder, we use methods from

b) Intensive Interaction
Therapy for each child is individualized to his/her needs and the needs of the family.

logouerga.com is a new company that aims to provide speech-language therapists, kindergarten and elementary education teachers and special educators with appropriate, target oriented materials for everyday use. Our vision is for every therapist and every teacher to be adequately prepared without consuming any of his/her valuable time in creating materials. Let us provide you with ready to use materials in really low prices. All of our books are e-books; therefore they are easily accessible, attractive and colorful. Children love them. Each page can be laminated and used with several students or it can be given as homework.
Maria Paphiti holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Communication Arts and Sciences (Cum Laude) from Queens College of the City University of New York (1994) and a Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology (Magna Cum Laude) from the same university (1996). She holds a Certification of Clinical Competence (ASHA) since 1997. She has over 20 years of clinical experience, mostly with children and teens as a bilingual speech-language pathologist (English and Greek). After working as a speech language pathologist for 2 years in Special Education schools in N.Y., she moved to Cyprus. She had worked for 18 years in the public school system, providing her services in pre-school and elementary-school children in Cyprus. In 2016, she resigned from this

position and founded Logouerga. Logouerga is both a specialized private practice provider of quality speech-language services as well as a provider of therapeutic materials (e-books) in both Greek and English.
In the meantime, in 2011, Maria completed the European Specialization Course on Fluency Disorders and she became a fluency specialist. She is a certified member of American Speech-Language Hearing Association and a registered speech-language pathologist in Cyprus. She is also a Hanen speech-language pathologist, meaning that she is trained to work with families in early intervention. She has been a member of many organizing committees for seminars and conferences in Cyprus. In the past, she was elected president of the Association of Registered Speech-Language Pathologists of Cyprus and recently she was elected vice-president. She is a member of the Task Force - Educational and Professional Materials of the European Speech-Language Therapy Association (ESLA, previously known as CPLOL).
Finally, she is involved in research. She is a member of the Greek Research Team of Stuttering disorders which recently completed the official translation, adaptation and standardization of the BAB and the KiddyCAT tests (Brutten & Vanryckeghem) for fluency in the Greek language. She has also conducted her own research with school-aged children who stutter as part of her PhD studies (she is a PhD candidate at the University of Turku, Finland).
